Thank you all for your kind comments!

Some great comments and questions there that I need to think more about - especially viral tracking and is mobile just another channel or a market grower!

My brain is suffering from first day back in the office after a few days off - but hopefully some wise thoughts will be forthcoming. (And of course readers, your even wiser thoughts are even more welcome!)

Bonjour Vicky,

Thanks for the quality post.

My market question about mobile online booking is :
It 'sonly another booking channel or also a new growing market share in addition with the online traditional booking market.

Because, you know, we can naked Steven to dressed Peter ;-)

about:
"An updated online and social media strategy was required too. And that is a whole other post….."

I am looking on it ;-)

See you at Canada e-Connect

Best regards and merry Christmas to you and Stephen

Yes, we've missed your blogs but I'll take quality over quantity any day.
Yes, mobile's time has definitely come and it means visitors can be supported in the destination not just in the search, selection and booking process.
Live streaming from smartphones will add to the store of destination content that hopefully will increase referrals. But I am not sure how the viral component can be adequately tracked.
