In response to an earlier comment from Claude, Tina has confirmed to me that their application supports multi-lingual and multi-currency, with a team that covers languages from Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese and Spanish

She adds "we have found deployment internationally and relevance to global markets is excellent. Metrics are a global language and our tools are international, so it makes for easier evaluation of
trends, and ability to take action on that intelligence."

Thanks again for your time Tina!

Sheesh...you turn your back for five minutes and people start singing...!

There's an evangelist here for the Canadian market and so there's possible wider francaphone support for you Claude!

On a slightly serious note, being over here at the Emetrics Summit reminds me just how far industries like e-commerce and financial services have come in terms of analytics and online insight by having really smart, knowledgable and most of all passionate evangelists.

These guys have been driving competitive analytics cultures within their organisations and across the sector as a whole.

There are some people in travel doing incredible stuff with insight and analytics - Marriott, Hilton. Lastminute.com, EzRez to mention just a few. I'd love to see more evangalists come through that carry the sector's learning forward with them by their energy, teachings and example.

So evangalist auditions to be held here ;-) No singing required.

Many thanks Claude, Tina did mention that she finds geater and faster acceptance among the Latin American and Asian markets as the are less tied to legacy systems, and less interested in building their own systems internally.

I'm not sure about the languages/differences in partners.

I may see her tomorrow at a web analytics event and will ask if I do!

And you're right, an army of evangalists would be handy ;-)

Thanks for this great post and interview.

I was wondering if Tina see a difference between their partners.
Seems they are all in the english space.
In France, I guess we need an army of evangelists to explain this kind of stuff.

Best regards
