I think you&#039;re spot on pursuing video - it does give a great depth of connection, rapidly enhances trust and the technology has moved on where it no longer has the effect of making people&#039;s computers fall over.

I think you only need to look at the uptake of something like BBCs iplayer (and of course YouTube) to see just how comfortable people are with watching video from their computers.

Personally, I also like audio in the right context and I can see for tours, attractions and destinations there may be some value in that route too.</description>
